Excercising and streching increase the level of Serotonin and endorphin. Walking ad jogging increases the level of endorphin -which acts as pain and stress reliver.Morning walk increases the level of serotonin and Endorphin ,hugging and sex increases the level of Dopamine- feel-good neurotransmitter.Bananas are good for Serotonin. Wallnuts groundnuts and almonds ,overall increase the level of neurotransmitters.
